Gun Season

Postby 13Point » Sat Nov 26, 2011 11:23 am

Gun season starts in Ohio Monday, Billy and I will be out Monday. Billy only gets opening day off but I am on vcation all week. Hope to see the big 9 0r the 10 we have been seeing running around the woods. I have seen a lot of deer this year but the big ones haven't been close enough to take a bow shot, gun is different. I'll post pics if our luck runs like normal during gun.

Only hunted 3 days total this week, we took 6 deer off the farm, getting ready to go out this morning, last day for gun until the 17th of December then we have a 2 day gun hunt. I had alot to do this week, a semi pulled out in front of my wife when she was going 55 mph on Rt 224 and she hit it broad side. She is ok just hurt her chest from the seatbelt and knee from hitting the knee bolster. I have spent most of the week fighting with insurance, finally contacted a Lawyer to take care of it....! I went and bought her a new 2012 Taurus due to all the damage on her Mecury Montego. It's amazing even when it's not your fault the insurance treats you like crap....so far it has cost me about 1000. out of my pocket, but that's ok for now, the most important thing is she is ok, I can replace cars. Going to hunt this morning but suppose to be pouring this afternoon, so I'll probably skip this afternoon.

OMG! Thank God she is ok! I have been broadsided but it was my fault for pulling out in front of him at a stoplight

I am glad she is OK, it is a pain when you have to deal with insurance company's even if it is not your fault.
