Name of Product: Polaris “Sportsman 700 EFI” ATVs

Units: About 12,170

Manufacturer/Importer: Polaris Industries, Inc., of Medina, Minn.

I have a polaris 700 sportsman quad I bought it 2 years ago and the throttle cable keeps breaking or binding. I can only start the bike if I turn the handle bars to the left. I have put it in the shop several times and the only soder the cable back together.
