Hunt in Oklahoma?

I’m posting this property for my dad. I know there are a lot of Texans that hunt OK and so I felt there might be interest. Below is the description as well as a link to a satellite image of the place on google and a link to the resort’s web site:

My Dad's looking into the size of the lot and whether or not it has water or electricity and I'll post up as soon as he knows. I did find another map that shows which lot it is on the area and I'll post it here if I can. I also mapped it and found it to be 20-30 miles from public hunting on the Love Valley WMA. I'll post a link to the WMA as well.

Water and electricity are available but not currently hooked up as those lots are undeveloped. He was told that there are lines near by and that everything can be hooked up for a small fee. Heard from a fellow Texan who knows people in OK who said the WMA I mentioned has a lot of hogs and some good whitetails too. Feel free to post up any questions and I'll do my best to get answers.
