Made it to the coast this weekend have not been there since Labor day weekend Had rained a little down there and needed to mow grass. Since I blew the boat motor on June 24 we took the kayaks just in case. We decided to give it a try Saturday evening went out hour before dark, takes longer to get somewhere in a kayak, got to the flounder spot got good and dark went for a wade I gigged 3 flounder but somehow 2 got away i have never lost a gigged flounder until that night did make it back with 1 flounder.
