Fishing For Bass To Walleye

Water stained; 78-83 degrees; 0.25' low. Black bass are slow. Crappie are fair after dark on live minnows under the bridges. White bass are excellent on Rat-L-Traps and slabs in 15-24 feet around The Peanut at the Jetties and Robertson Park. The long point at the Heath Boat ramp is a good spot during mid-day. Hybrid striper are excellent in 20 feet on live perch and slabs. The submerged gravel pits out from the spillway providing good action. Catfish are excellent on fresh shrimp and Danny King's Punch Bait in rock riprap and baited holes.

Water stained; 78-82 degrees; 0.76' low. Black bass are fair on soft plastics in 8-15 feet-tire breakwaters are good spots to target. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs in 10-15 feet around bridge columns and heavy brush. White bass are excellent on slabs in 16-24 feet around main lake points and humps and under the birds. Catfish are excellent on Danny King's Punch Bait around holes baited with soured milo or wheat-better catches coming from around timber.
